Potato, Sauerkraut & Cheese Casserole




Serves 4:
4 big potatoes, cooked and cut into cubes
500g cooked sauerkraut, drained
1 apple, peeled and cut into pieces
1 carrot, shredded
Sundried tomatoes cut into pieces (to taste)
200ml soy cream
cheddar cheese to top for grilling
