Grilled eggplant with nectarine and mozzarella salad



Cut eggplant into slices, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Grill until soft.


2 medium tomatoes.
2 medium nectarines.
1 mozzarella cheese.
Coarse sea salt and "basilicum" leaves for seasoning.

Cut tomatoes, nectarines and cheese into slices, season with sea salt and basil leaves (cut into small pieces).
